This week’s guests are Sarah Filman. Sarah playfully unlocks personal and professional growth as a leadership coach, facilitator, and improviser who brings heart and humour to every interaction. Drawing on her experience as a people leader and product manager in tech and education non-profits, she founded Playful Perspectives with a mission to help leaders and teams connect, create, and thrive by dissolving the work/play divide. Through play and performance, her coaching helps leaders expand their range and strengthen relationships. Sarah also volunteers with the Global Play Brigade, connecting with people worldwide to play with the spectrum of human emotions and experiences.

Natalie Ann Holborow is Content Marketing Manager at Synergy Learning, tutor at NUJ Wales and a writer from Wales, UK. She's a winner of the Terry Hetherington Award and the Robin Reeves Prize and has been shortlisted and commended for the Bridport Prize, the Hippocrates Prize for Poetry and Medicine, and the Cursed Murphy Spoken Word Award. Her writing residencies with the British Council, Literature Wales and Kultivera have seen her writing and performing poetry in Wales, Ireland, Sweden and India. She is the author of 'And Suddenly You Find Yourself', 'Small' and 'Little Universe'.

Minna Taylor is the Founder of Energize Your Voice and the author of The Confident Body. Beginning her career as an accent reduction specialist, Minna went on to transfer her theatre training to developing an innovative approach for professional development. Notable clients include TikTok, Red Bull, UBER, and EY. Minna earned her BFA from NYU Tisch and went on to earn her MFA in Performance with a concentration in speech and vocal production. Minna has a passion for supporting individuals to play, fail, and tell powerful stories.
