Our first guest is Erin Huizenga. Erin is Co-Founder and CEO of Desklight, an innovation company that specializes in designing learning experiences. Erin and the Desklight team have partnered with organizations such as McGraw Hill, Smithsonian, and the American Marketing Association. Her work has been featured in The Wall Street Journal, Crain’s Chicago Business, and Fortune, and she has been included on Chicago Inno’s list of “Women Founders in Chicago Tech.” Erin has taught at nine universities including Northwestern University and the Institute of Design graduate program at Illinois Institute of Technology. She recently published Amazon #1 New Release "Learning in the Wild."
Sharon Green is a people change profession and founder of, Chiara Consultancy, her own company. She is a lifelong learner, connector, people tech lover and fan of taking pictures; especially of doors! Sharon works as a professional interim, qualified coach and sometime consultant, helping clients, change, innovate and enable people. She’s worked across sectors and in different businesses from ones that make games (Candy Crush) and represent You Tube influencers, to the Dept. of Health and a Private Bank. Her work focuses on three areas: people change and transformation, delivering people tech, and people experience (brand, comms, EVP, employee development and engagement). One of Sharon’s passion project, side-hustles is co-founding and leading a global Linked In community the HR Interim Networking Group for people professionals working as interims, coaches, consultants and freelancers.
