She is a Learning Consultant, an EMCC accredited Coach and holds a Master's Degree in Lifelong Learning & BSc in Educational Studies. In 2017 she founded Lena’s Moves - a trusted L&D Partner for organisations like Netflix, H&M, and Johnson & Johnson. Lena’s Moves provides non-boring learning solutions that engage leaders, drive sustainable behavioural change, and close performance gaps.

In her role as a freelancer, Vanessa serves as a Soft Skills Trainer, Facilitator, Coach, and Learning & Development Consultant, leveraging her versatile skill set to empower individuals and teams. She also contributes to the L&D community as she was the catalyst at the L&D Shakers Lisbon Hub, until the end of 2023, collaborating with peers to drive innovation in the field.
