This week’s guests are Sandra Camacho. Sandra is a Franco-Colombian-American inclusive and equitable design strategist, educator, and advisor working under the alias Sandra By Design. She’s also the founder of the Inclusive Design Jam, a community of practice, and Design Changemakers, an online education platform on designing for social change. She started her career at Google, where she spent 8 years in product, digital marketing, and learning & development in the U.S. and Europe. Today, she helps teams around the world build thriving work cultures and socially impactful solutions.

Leslie Short brings four decades of experience with The Cavu Group, advising companies on expanding their culture through diversity, inclusion, and open dialogue.
