Iffat Iqbal has worked as a Learning & Development Professional for over 14 years, in the energy, financial services & social housing sectors. Iffat works with Platform Housing Group as Learning & Organisational Development Business Partner. Iffat likes to make a difference, especially in the areas of Learning & Development as well Equity, Diversity & Inclusion. She is also an advocate and active supporter of local domestic abuse charities, and passionately believes in empowering others.

Dr. Sara Thompson is an adjunct professor and faculty associate in the M. S. Military and Emergency Responder Psychology program at Colorado State University – Global campus, and a learning experience designer for Ellucian. In addition to possessing a doctorate degree in psychology, Sara possess an M. Ed. in Learning Design and Technology and a M. S. In Human Services. Sara has over 20 years’ experience in higher education, online learning, instructional design, clinical mental health counselling and human services, and non-profit advocacy work. Sara is an advocate for women who have experienced domestic/intimate partner violence and presents on domestic violence when asked. In her free time Sara can be found on the beach or relaxing at home with both her cat fur babies (Miss Carolina and Good Kitty).

Racheal Smith is Head of Learning and Insights with Entelechy. She has been in a learning-focused career, starting in teaching, leadership in education, and as a chief examiner. In her role, she champions the power that character-based learning can offer.
